Another successful year for Langleys Solicitors in coveted legal rankings

York-based solicitors Langleys has maintained its impressive performance in the Chambers rankings for 2022. The law firm has continued to feature highly across multiple practice areas and its individuals have been commended for their outstanding work.

The Family and Matrimonial team has retained a Band 1 ranking for the fourth year running, commended for its ability to “give the difficult advice when needed”. The Employment team has also been ranked in Band 2 for its consistently quality work in the field of employment law. The Real Estate practice has also achieved a ranking for its contributions in property law.

As well as group recognition, some of the firm’s individual solicitors have also been recognised as leaders in their fields in the Chambers and Partners 2022 rankings.

Mark Day has been awarded a place in Band 1 for the fourth consecutive year for his contributions to Family and Matrimonial law. Feedback for his work reported that he is sure to “offer a calm and assured approach” in his role as the head of Langley’s private law division.

Tim Cross has been awarded a ranking for the second year in a row for his continued quality contributions to the Real Estate team. James Bradley from the same team has been noted as an up and coming partner for Langleys in this year’s ranking.

Langleys’ York office has also been ranked multiple times in the Legal 500 directory.

The Family and Personal Tax law teams have remained in the rankings alongside Commercial Litigation, which is a new entry for Langleys. Both the Commercial and Litigation property teams have been ranked, as well as the Corporate and Commercial law team.
