Beal does the double by retaining top customer satisfaction accolade

Beal Homes has been awarded a prestigious five star rating for customer satisfaction for a second year running.

The coveted accolade has been awarded by the voice of the housebuilding industry, the Home Builders Federation (HBF).

The HBF’s Star Rating Scheme recognises excellence in customer satisfaction, based on independent surveys of new home buyers in England and Wales.

Participating members are awarded a star rating of between one and five based on homeowners’ feedback collected in the National New Homes Survey carried out by new homes warranty and insurance provider, the National House Building Council (NHBC).

Beal received the HBF’s top five star accolade last year – the first time the housebuilder took part in the rating scheme. The second consecutive top rating reflects consistently excellent feedback from Beal buyers.

Buyers are asked to rate the quality of their new home and the service provided by the housebuilder, from reserving their plot through to completion and beyond. Questions answered by buyers include build quality, the service they received, and how likely they are to recommend the housebuilder to a friend.

The results feed into the NHBC New Homes Survey and this is shared with all housebuilders and the wider industry to continually drive up standards.

Beal is one of only four Yorkshire-based housebuilders with a five star rating and one of just two family-owned companies in Yorkshire to receive the top accolade.

Elena Costea and her fiancé Yulian Spulber, who live with their one-year-old daughter, Natalia, and Elena’s mum, Niculina, moved into their three-bedroom Dalby home at The Greenways, in Goole, last October.

Elena said: “We were updated by the Beal team all the time and didn’t have to worry about anything. They were there for us every step of the way. I’m really happy for Beal. They deserve this five star rating.”

First-time buyers Ellie Thompson and Rob Moore moved into their three-bedroom Levisham home at Beal’s Bishop’s Green development in Welton, Lincolnshire, last September.
