The Family Law team at Yorkshire-based law firm, Consilia Legal are celebrating after winning the ‘National Family Law Wellbeing Award’ at the annual Family Law Awards held at the spectacular Bloomsbury Big Top in London.

Sandeep Sandu, Associate Solicitor at Consilia Legal sald, “As a member of the team, I can truly say that the National Family Law Wellbeing Award is home where it belongs. Having worked at a number of firms, Consilia Legal has shown that it isn’t just paying lip service to the well-being of their team.
“They have gone above and beyond of what most firms offer their staff and have no doubt inspired many other firms to follow suit. Founders, Laura and Marie deserve this award and the rest of the team applaud them in their achievements.”
Laura Clapton, Family Lawyer, Mediator and Co-Founder of Consilia Legal, added, “I am so proud of the whole team on winning this award, particularly following a very challenging couple of years. It feels extra special as it recognises the internal and personal work we do at Consilia Legal to support each other; not because it is what we should be doing, but because we want to ensure our team are looked after and know that their wellbeing matters to us.
“Although it is a family law award, this is testament to the whole team. We are a small firm who have always and will always put employee wellbeing at the top of our agenda, “
The Family Law team were also “Highly Commended” in the Family Law Firm of the North Award.
