Yorkshire-based access platform hire and solutions company, Horizon Platforms, have been accredited as a 2-star company by Best Companies, formerly the Sunday Times List. Through employee feedback and independent survey results analysis by Best Companies, Horizon Platforms is officially considered an outstanding place to work and the accreditation is seen as a true measure of a company’s investment in its people.

The survey results say it all. 89% of respondents agreed that the organisation is run on strong values, two thirds of employees agree they have a happy work life balance and 93% are proud of the company’s ongoing support of charities.

Priding themselves on workplace culture and quality service, Horizon Platforms, in recent years transitioned to an employee-owned business meaning the workforce takes a share of the company’s profits.
