Liz Coe and Naheed Akhtar join AWB Charlesworth Solicitors

Earlier this month AWB Charlesworth Solicitors appointed Liz Coe, Solicitor and Naheed Akhtar, Conveyancing Executive as the latest additions to their residential property department.

Naheed is a Conveyancing Executive and, having trained at a city firm in Leeds, brings to the team over twelve years of conveyancing experience acting for residential and commercial clients. Liz qualified as a Solicitor after studying at Manchester Metropolitan University and completing her final exams at Leeds Metropolitan University. Liz worked as a property lawyer at the firm’s Skipton office for several years followed by ten years as in-house property lawyer for a Bank. She is delighted to be returning to private practice, this time based at the firm’s Bingley office, with a mixed caseload of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and re-mortgages.
