Negotiation Skills for Business Workshop hosted by The Round Foundry & Marshall’s Mill

The Round Foundry & Marshall’s Mill is hosting a Negotiation Skills for Business Workshop at their site on Monday, 12.30 – 1.30pm. This is free to attend.

The Round Foundry and Marshalls Mill estate is a hub of the Leeds creative and digital community, and play a key role in supporting not only their tenants but the wider Leeds business community with professional development.

Nick Bramley, CEO of IMPACTUS Group will be sharing that when it comes to negotiation, there are some great tips and shortcuts to allow you to maintain some levels of control and to create the ideal win:win scenario.

It’s not, and never should be all about price or margin, despite what many people might think. Effective negotiation is all about having the skills and confidence to maximise your revenues and profits, but without that being the sole focus of engagement.

This Workshop will deliver a wide-view perspective of how to control those customer and supplier discussions, how to secure the right result for both parties, how to stand firm in the face of being asked for a discount, and much more.

Delivered in an engaging, yet impactful manner, this is a practical session packed with top tips to take right back to your business.

“Nick is an extremely professional and knowledgeable specialist who’s training is down to earth and straightforward. Nick uses a structured approach making the subject accessible, with real actions you can take away to make a real difference to your business.” – Rachel Bentley
