Starting his journey with Vacform Group in February 1984 as a trainee machine operator, Simon has exemplified continuous growth, commitment, and excellence throughout his career with the business.
Over the years, Simon has seamlessly transitioned through various roles within the company, taking on increasing responsibilities starting with warehousing and goods in, and then into other key areas. His versatility and dedication have been instrumental in his ascent through the ranks, culminating in his well-deserved place on the management team.
In his current role, Simon is entrusted with overseeing purchasing, health & safety, planning, and quality management. His expertise and leadership have been vital to the continuous improvement of Vacform Group’s operations. Simon has played a pivotal role in the company’s achievement of the ISO9001 qualification, demonstrating his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and excellence.
