A well-known East Yorkshire estate agent has launched her own estate agency business – and is determined to shake up the house-selling market.

Linda Taylor, who has worked in the property business for 36 years at senior managerial level, has covered all aspects of the industry in both the corporate and independent sectors, including residential sales, lettings, facilities management, commercial and new homes. She has now teamed up with eXp UK, one of the world’s fastest growing estate agency businesses.

Having moved thousands of clients over the years, many becoming repeat customers, Linda says she chose eXp to power her cloud-based technology because it gives her the autonomy to provide a truly bespoke service to her clients.

“I am so excited to be starting this new venture. The classic estate agent business is being eroded now that online and less expensive ways of buying and selling property have come to the fore. People want and deserve something different – and that’s what I am offering – a personal, one-to-one experience for my clients, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I will only be looking after a selective portfolio of clients and they will only deal with me, from our initial meeting right through to moving day.

”Not only can I help you understand the market, I will be able to offer you sound advice on how you could potentially improve your chances of a higher asking price or a quicker sale.

“I have worked through varying and extremely tough markets and I am eager to help people through the challenges of selling as well as buying. In fact, as soon as my first board went up, I was contacted for a number of valuations.”

Linda, who will be covering the whole of the East Riding of Yorkshire area including Leconfield, Beverley, Driffield, Hull and surrounding villages as well as all coastal towns and villages beyond, has also been the resident property expert in a weekly column in the Holderness Gazette answering questions on all things property related. She continued:

“Property is my passion. I love it. And as I have worked in this region for over 35 years, I have also established great working relationships with solicitors, surveyors and financial service professionals to ensure my clients and future clients have the most supportive and stress-free moving process as possible.”

For added peace of mind, Linda is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents. Membership is through formal qualification only to ensure clients know that NAEA agents have the knowledge and experience to guide them through property transactions as smoothly and as painlessly as possible.
