Yorkshire agency wins Gold at eCommerce Awards 2023

Heur team collecting their award win

Heur – a business growth agency specialising in direct-to-consumer ecommerce – wins Best eCommerce Agency (under 30 employees) at the eCommerce Awards 2023. Behind the agency is a team of 25+ highly skilled experts in all things marketing and ecommerce who provide a portfolio of ‘done for you’ services: from fractional leadership and CMO provision, to a fully embedded trading and customer service team, to the deployment of holistic blended growth marketing.

Working with progressive brands and using their unique proposition, Heur aims to remove the silos from its clients ecommerce channels – from strategy to execution – radically reducing fixed costs and helping to drive profitable growth efficiently.

The award win comes as a result of a successful year for Heur which has seen the agency acquire Brighton-based marketing agency Out-To-Sea; sign the renowned FMCG brand Union Hand Roasted Coffee; appoint and bolster the senior leadership team with 5 new members and collect three other award wins.

The eCommerce Awards 2023 describes the award for Best eCommerce Agency as: “Rewarded to the eCommerce Agency that demonstrates exceptional delivery on behalf of their clients.”

There were 8 other nominees for this award including the likes of GPMD, Cabiri and Envisage Digital.

A spokesperson for the eCommerce Awards 2023 said: “The judges commended Heur’s genuinely innovative approach through fractional team support. They acknowledged their well-evidence case studies and testimonials and said Heur has seen some amazing results with the potential to be a star of the future.”

Speaking of the win, Heur’s CMO Chris Nawrocki said: “We’re beyond thrilled to be recognised by the industry and our peers with this award – particularly with the judges’ admiration of our fractional leadership offering whereby we ensure our clients speak directly with experts helping them grow their business, removing the need for account managers.”

“It’s our team of ego-less and fearless experts that has helped skyrocket Heur to where it is today.”

The latest award win joins a growing list of recent award accolades for Heur. The agency has recently been awarded:

European eCommerce Medium Agency of the Year – European eCommerce Awards
Best Small Agency – Global Agency Awards
Small integrated Digital Agency of the Year – UK Digital Growth Awards

Heur’s CEO, Chris Raven, adds: “Everyday I’m humbled by the drive and talent that our team shows, and I’m over the moon their hard work has been recognised with multiple awards. These wins signify years of dedication from every single member of the team, helping to contribute to our own growth as well as our clients.”
